Cancellation
You can cancel your order anytime before shipping by connecting with our customer support. We will refund your money, no questions asked. Unfortunately, we don't have a control over shipping once it is shipped.
Product Return/Replacement Policy
You can request return/replacement within 5 days of delivery.
Please note that the return/replacement will be possible only if the item is not working on delivery or damaged in the transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Y

Damage on arrival / Menufecturing defects / Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Broken after use
We won't be able to provide any return/refund for any damages after use.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like personalized items, and personal care goods (personal hygiene products). We specify in product description if the product is not returnable.
