Shipping and Delivery Policy

TerraViva is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame, while ensuring maximum with the highest quality packaging. Online Paid order are shipped within next 2 working days and are mostly delivered within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch. All COD orders are first confirmed on call/Whatsapp and then dispatched within 2 working days.

We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays during the normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC only.

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
• Rs. 50 is charged for cash on delivery orders.
• Our prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service tax). As per the Government of India, we have a registered GST and we are fully compliant to GST.
• Relevant GST % is already added to your product total. Note that GST is only applicable for orders within India.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Express delivery is done for all online paid orders which is within 3 - 6 working days (major cities).

Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 working days from the dispatch date, however, note that no COD order is dispatched until it is confirmed on call.

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for area falling into remote locations and the areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centres.

We don't take international orders directly from website. If taken on request, the time of shipping will depend on your country of residence.

Time frame for order from dispatch date:

Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 3-6 working days

Rest of India: 5-7 working days.

Additional Fee

In some cases based on order value and shipping cost, we might ask you to pay for shipping cost in case of return. We are not charging restocking fee right now but it might change in the future.

Warehouse Address:

We have partnered with multiple warehouses across the country and the product is shipped from warehouse near to your location depending on availability. Some items might be shipped from our registered address or corporate HQ. You can track our warehouse location in our shipping tracker sent you your number by SMS and Whatsapp.
